About Me...
Simon P Barlow has been a professional photographer for a number of years. He began taking motor sport pictures in the early 80's for car and bike magazines and later moved on to aerial photography after gaining his pilots licence over 15 years ago.
After a successful career in IT lasting over 20 years, he returned to photography full time and now covers commercial, newspaper, event and studio photography.
Simon started Spotlight Parties in 2006 offering the model photo shoot experience to teenagers at their party or event from an idea after a friend asked him to arrange one for her daughter. This has gone on to be a great success.
Simon also a contributes to some of the worlds top photo agencies and shoots photos for stock both in the UK and the USA, mainly covering Boston and the east coast of Florida down as far as the Keys. He also works on commissions and has a number of private projects currently on going.
Simon has been married for over 28 years and lives just outside Manchester with his wife and three siamese cats, Henry, Oscar & Polo.
